This is a baseline policy for the current website and contact form. Before public launch, update and legally review it against the actual company entity, hosting region, email service and contact process.

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organisation or company, enquiry type and message that you choose to provide. To protect the form and limit abuse, the service may briefly process the request IP address, request time and basic technical information. The website does not provide user accounts or online payments and does not ask for payment information.
2. How we use this information
We use information submitted through the form or by email only to respond to enquiries, arrange product demonstrations, discuss potential work, maintain necessary communication records and prevent spam. Form content is sent to our company contact mailbox through our configured cloud function and email service.
3. Cookies and analytics
The current version does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The contact form uses a hidden bot-detection field, submission timing and server-side rate limiting without advertising cookies. If we later enable analytics, CAPTCHA, embedded content or another third-party service, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice mechanism required by applicable rules.
4. Retention and security
We retain communication only for as long as reasonably needed to handle an enquiry and meet legitimate business needs. We take reasonable steps to protect that information, although no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed as completely secure.

This website may later link to independent product sites or third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or handling of information.
